Omniyat revealed update of the AVA

The developer, Omniyat, has revealed the latest update of the construction of its waterfront tower, AVA

– Palm Jumeirah

Using a steel structure in lieu of a concrete structure will enable:

• Thinner columns and beams, enabling the "sloping" tower forms of the graceful design
• Floor to ceiling sliding doors to the terrace

The tower will include one of the most expensive penthouses in Dubai, 4-level Sky Palace, earlier sold for $60 million.

Majority of tenants were interested in apartments in August 2023

According to the digital portal, Property Finder, tenants looking for:

Apartments – 81%

• Furnished – 63.9%
• Unfurnished – 34.5%

Villas and Townhouses – 19%

• Furnished – 45%
• Unfurnished – 54%

Byers were looking for:

• Apartment – 59%
• Villas and Houses – 41%
