Dubai has entered the TOP world cities in terms of the number of branded real estate projects on a par with Miami and New York City
According to the Knight Frank consulting company report: Аmong the residential units sold in 2021, 14% were branded residences. In 2021–2022, branded residence projects were launched in Dubai:
- Cavalli Estates
- Cavalli Tower
- Elie Saab Villas
- Safa One De Grisogono
- The Ritz-Carlton, etc.
In Q1 2022, new project launches in Dubai surpass pre-pandemic levels
25 new projects totaling 6,500+ residential units. For comparison, in Q1 2021, 1,945 residential units were unveiled.
Dubai's metaverse sector will add $4 billion to its economy by 2030 and increase its contribution to GDP to 1%
This is part of the Dubai Metaverse Strategy, which will help increase:
- The productivity of surgeons by 230%
- The productivity of engineers by 30%
- Number of virtual jobs up to 42,000
