Property buyers find ready homes costing a lot less than new launches
According to experts, recent offplan launches in Dubai carry price tags that are anywhere between 14-30% higher than comparable ready units. For comparison, the average price per m² in: Downtown Dubai Offplan – $7,600 Secondary – $5,900 Dubai Hills Offplan – $4,687 Secondary – $4,100 To attract European buyers, Dubai developers add more luxury and pools to their latest launches.
Season 27 of Global Village will open on October 25, 2022
Visitors will have access to new services and locations for recreation:
- Cabanas with a private butler
- Entrance to Happiness Gate
- Valet parking, etc.
Ticket price – $5. Tickets purchased on the website or mobile app will be discounted by 10%.
