- Opening of new hotels, Earth Hotels Altitude and Saij Mountain Lodge in Ras Al Khaimah and Arabian Travel Market in Dubai
Shapoorji Pallonji Group will receive additional investment to accelerate the completion of the Imperial Avenue project in Dubai.
Downtown Dubai The investor will be London-based asset management company, Hayfin Capital Management. 55% of construction has now been completed. Completion – Q4 2023
Two hotels will open on the UAE's highest peak, the Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah.
1. Earth Hotels Altitude It'll feature 15 units and a swimming pool. Opening – Q4 2022. 2. Saij Mountain Lodge It'll feature sustainable lodges made from natural materials. Opening – 2023.
From May 9 to May 12, 2022, Arabian Travel Market is holding in Dubai:
- 20,000 visitors
- 1,500 exhibiting companies
