Shapoorji Pallonji Group получит дополнительные инвестиции для ускоренного завершения проекта Imperial Avenue в Дубае.
Downtown Dubai Инвестором выступит лондонская компания по управлению активами Hayfin Capital Management. На данный момент строительство завершено на 55%. Завершение строительства – 4 квартал 2023 года.
На самой высокой точке ОАЭ – вершине Jebel Jais в Рас-эль-Хайме, откроются два новых отеля.
1. Earth Hotels Altitude Включает 15 номеров и бассейн. Открытие – 4 квартал 2022 года. 2. Saij Mountain Lodge Включает экологические домики из натуральных материалов. Открытие – 2023 год.
С 9 по 12 мая 2022 года в Дубае проходит туристическая выставка Arabian Travel Market:
- 20 000 посетителей
- 1500 компаний-экспонентов
