Plots for villas in the ultra-luxurious Keturah Reserve are now for sale in Dubai

The developer MAG listed 90 plots for private villas worth AED 3 billion in the upscale residential project Keturah Reserve.

Buyers will be able to build their own villas on the land plots of 480 to 1,080 m2. The houses will comply with the master plan of Keturah Reserve development due for completion in Q2 2025.

Keturah Reserve is the first project in the Near East that follows Bio Living, a concept of eco-friendly living in harmony with nature that combines residential and natural spaces in an integral whole and improves residents’ physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

The quality of air, water, and lighting is the focus of this complex. Specifically, the lighting is designed according to natural human circadian cycles.

The ultra-luxurious project will comprise a total of 93 townhouses, 90 villas, 540 apartments in six multi-family buildings, and eight penthouses.
