Premium residential project Marina Living will be move-in ready in 2025

Marina Living, an opulent residential project with apartments, was launched by Continental Investment in one of Dubai’s most famous resort communities—Dubai Marina. The complex will be commissioned in the second quarter of 2025.

The 19-storey building on a double podium will comprise one- and two-bedroom apartments. The floor areas of one-bedroom homes will range from 71 to 90 square metres, and of two-bedroom residences, from 110 to 130 square metres. Various amenities will be available to residents, from an infinity pool and a gym with state-of-the-art equipment to children’s playgrounds, a barbecue area, and many others.

The project has just been launched, so this premium residential complex is now at the initial stage of construction. Local apartments currently sell for upwards of AED 1.37 million (USD 373,000). It should be taken into account, however, that as the construction progresses, the value of residences in this prestigious district will increase. In the year 2022 alone, the average property prices in the community rose by 16%.

A convenient instalment plan is available to off-plan buyers, under which 30% of the value is paid within two years after the building’s commissioning.
