An increase of 1.13%. Compared to September 2021, prices increased by 8.89%. Rent Compared to August 2022, property rent price index increased by 2.14 points, from 86.65 to 88.79. An increase of 2.47%. Compared to September 2021, prices increased by 26.56%. Abu DhabiSale Compared to August 2022, property sales price index increased by 0.84 points, from 79.70 to 80.54. An increase of 1.05%. Compared to September 2021, prices increased by 3.14%. Rent Compared to August 2022, property rent price index decreased by 0.06 points, from 70.18 to 70.12. Decreased by 0.08%. Compared to September 2021, prices decreased by 0.49%.
