The developer, Q Properties, has awarded a $476 million contract to a construction company, Trojan General Contracting
– For the construction of the Reem Hills Phase 1 in Abu Dhabi
Al Reem Island
Trojan will build 218 luxury villas with 4–7 bedrooms at the gated community.
Commencement of work on Phase 1 – September 2023, the completion – December 2024. In 2022 the Reem Hills Phase 2 was sold out before the official launch.
Russian citizens were the TOP buyers of properties in Dubai from Emaar in H1 2023
According to a financial company, CI Capital, about 12% of buyers of the biggest developer in Dubai – Russians.
Their inflow is strong due to the high yields and low investment costs of the luxury segment.
In Q2 2023, according to the global commercial real estate services, CBRE, investment yields are:
- Residential Properties – 6.8%–7.3%
- Prime Residential – 6%–6.8%
