The second phase of the Bay Residences

RAK Properties launched the second phase of the Bay Residences residential complex in Ras Al Khaimah.

Hayat Island The complex will include studios and apartments with 1, 2, & 3 bedrooms. In the project, there are swimming pools, gym and restaurants. Residents also have direct access to the beach.

In Dubai, 621 million passengers used public transport in 2022.

This is 35% more than in 2021. According to the Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority, the leaders are:

• Dubai Metro – 36% of passengers
• RTA Buses – 25% of passengers

The UAE "World's Coolest Winter" campaign raised the revenues of hotels to $490 million.

This is 20% more than last season. The campaign promoted tourism and entertainment destinations.
