February results – real estate market records
According to the report of the Dubai Land Department: – In February 2023, 8,988 property sales transactions worth $7.2 billion were completed in Dubai. This is the highest transaction value since February 2013. 4,500 transactions worth $4.2 billion – secondary and ready properties 4,488 transactions worth $3 billion – off-plan properties Сompared to February 2022: – Volume rose by 30% and value grew by 71% TOP areas for sales: Apartments
