REAL ESTATE MARKET RESULTS – ABU DHABI AND SHARJAH
Abu Dhabi. Results of Q3 2022 According to the Abu Dhabi's Department of Municipalities and Transport, 4,441 real estate transactions worth $5.73 billion were registered: 1,995 transactions – $1.47 billion in cash sales 2,446 transactions – $4.26 billion in mortgages Areas with the highest transaction value:
- Yas Island
- Saadiyat Island
- Al Shamkla
Sharjah. Results from January to October 2022 According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, 38,902 real estate transactions worth $4.3 billion were registered. Investors from 79 countries engaged in real estate transactions:
- UAE and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries – $3.2 billion
- Оther countries – $1.1 billion
10 new projects registered: residential, commercial and combined residential-commercial projects.
