Dubai has welcomed a record number of travellers in H1 2023

– According to the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

Compared to H1 2019:

  • Number of International Visitors rose by 2.3% – 8.55 Million.
  • Average Hotel Occupancy increased by 2.2% – 78%
  • Average Length of Stay went up by 12% – 3.9 Nights
  • Revenue per Available Room rose by 24% – $113

Emirates Airlines took the 1st place globally by capacity to generate revenue per flight

– According to a travel database, OAG.

The ranking on the list is determined by both the total number of seats and the distance travelled (in kilometers).

2nd place – Qatar Airways 3rd place – Singapore Airlines

Abu Dhabi International Airport's passenger traffic has increased by 67% in H1 2023

– Compared to H1 2022.

According to the state-owned operator, Abu Dhabi Airports, the number of flights increased by 36%.
