First-ever Residential Rental Performance Index was launched by the Dubai Land Department.
According to the Index, January 2022 had 51,452 residential leases: 52% – new leases 48% – renewals Compared to 2020: Annual leases increased by 50.3% Non-annual increased by 75.5% Top areas with the most rental contracts registration: 1. Jebel Ali First – 1,811 2. Naif – 1,760 3. Al Karama – 1,754 4. Al Warsan First – 1,601 5. Al Suq Al Kabeer – 1,457 The highest searched areas (by number of searches): Apartments 1. Dubai Marina 2. Downtown Dubai 3. Business Bay Villas and townhouses 1. Jumeirah 2. Dubai Hills Estate 3. The Springs
