- Residential complex, Berton, sold out in Dubai
Mixed-use beachfront community and lifestyle project Danah Bay, valued at $272 million
Will be built by investment company, Dubai Investments. Al Marjan Island
- Total building area – 2 million m²
- Beach area – 40,000m²
- Breakwater area – 32,000m²
The project includes townhouses, villas, apartments and a hotel on the seafront.
Azizi Developments announced that residential complex, Berton, sold out in Dubai.
Al Furjan The project is 85% complete and consists of 247 apartments:
- 190 studios
- 41 1, 2-bedroom apartments
- 16 penthouses
Earlier, Azizi acquired a highly coveted plot of land from the developer, Meydan.
Emaar shareholders approved the acquisition of Dubai Creek Harbor and the sale of Namshi.
In August, Emaar announced:
- The full acquisition of Dubai Creek Harbour for $2 billion
- Sale of online fashion store Namshi in the amount of $34.6 million
