- Rising Demand for Rare Professions in the UAE
Affluent residents of the UAE are increasingly seeking specialists in unique professions
Recruitment agencies report a notable surge in demand for roles such as pet nannies, sobriety coaches, and luxury villa managers.
Many of these positions are not publicly advertised due to confidentiality. However, it is known that salaries for such roles can reach up to 45,000 dirhams per month.
In addition to traditional positions like nannies, caregivers, governesses, butlers, and chefs, there is also a growing need for full-time massage therapists and wellness coaches.
Salaries vary depending on the specialist's qualifications, job requirements, and location of the employer. For example, governesses can earn between 20,000 and 30,000 dirhams per month, while estate managers can earn up to 45,000 dirhams.
Employers often have high expectations, preferring highly educated professionals with exemplary reputations. They also demand prompt recruitment and strict confidentiality.
