Prices for luxury real estate are rising due to high demand.

According to real estate consultancy Knight Frank, prices of luxury homes in Dubai increased by 44% in 2021 compared to 2020. According to experts, in 2022-2025, luxury villas will account for 15% of the total new offers.

The Dubai Government has passed a law on the mandatory provision of free online services:

  • Judicial authorities
  • Government entities
  • Non-government entities

Goal – seeks to accelerate the emirate’s digital transformation. Services should be provided in Arabic, English and other languages.

Dubai won the first place among 62 cities in the world in the ranking of the insurance information portal InsureMyTrip.
