In January 2022, VPI rose by 1.1% compared to December 2021: For villas – by 2% For apartments – by 0.4% Compared to January 2021, VPI rose by 17.8%. According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, the Emirate has recorded the highest results of property transactions in 2021: 84,238 transactions worth $7.1 billion Compared to 2020: Volume of transactions rose by 30.7% Value rose by 64.9% This is a record value of transactions since 2008.
