По данным консалтинговой компании Knight Frank. ТОП районов по росту цен элитной недвижимости: 1. Palm Jumeirah 2. Emirates Hills 3. Jumeirah Bay Island В І квартале 2022 были зафиксированы рекорды:
- продано 32 элитных объекта стоимостью более 10 млн $
- продана самая дорогая вилла в Дубае
В комплексе Atlantis The Royal Residences на острове Palm Jumeirah распроданы почти все жилые единицы – 230 резиденций
В продаже остался только один 3-этажный пентхаус с 2 террасами и бассейнами площадью 2322 м². Это самый дорогой пентхаус в Дубае. Стоимость – 49 млн $. Сдача – 2 квартал 2022 Предыдущий самый дорогой пентхаус был продан в комплексе One at Palm. Источники: Arabian Business, Property News
