According to the Dubai Land Department data:

– In September 2023, 8,231 property transactions worth $7.13 billion were completed in Dubai.

Property deals show 4.7% volume decreased and 8% value increased compared to September 2022.

67% – 5,576 transactions worth $5.39 billion – Existing Properties

33% – 2,655 transactions worth $1.74 billion – Off-plan Properties

Compared to September 2022:

– Existing volume rose by 32.6%, the value increased by 38.3%

– Off-plan volume declined by 40.2%, the value dropped by 35.3%
