According to the report of the Dubai Land Department:
In September 2022, 8,644 property sales transactions worth $6.6 billion were completed in Dubai. This is the highest September record ever. 4,206 transactions worth $3.9 billion – secondary and ready properties 4,438 transactions worth $2.7 billion – off-plan properties Compared to September 2021:
- Secondary volume increased by 30.46% and value – by 32.39%
- Off-plan volume increased by 80.23% and value – by 94.13%

Of the total number of property sales transactions:
- 76% – Apartments
- 14% – Land plots
- 10% – Villas
