Since opening 14 years ago, the Burj Khalifa property sales value has reached $2.7 billion.
According to the consultancy firm, Knight Frank, sales in Burj Khalifa in 2023:
- Total Value - $272 Million
- Most Expensive Apartment - $4 Million
- Most Expensive Branded Residence - $9 Million
- Highest Unit - 105 Floor ($2.7 Million)
The number of homes available for sale fell by 52% during 2023, which reflects the grow in number of long-term investors.
The developer, MAG, has acquired a plot in Dubai for $95.2 million to build the luxury project, Keturah Downtown.

The residential development follows the successes of Keturah Reserve and Keturah Resort

The Sharjah developer, Arada, has purchased a $163-million plot in Dubai to build a 50-storey residential tower.
Zabeel 2, between DIFC and Downtown Dubai
The tower will contain 400 apartments with the views of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Skyline.
Earlier Arada started the pre-registration for the ultra-luxury Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah
