Sharjah and Ajman Real Estate Markets kept expanding in July 2023
According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, 2,783 real estate transactions worth $517 million were registered:
- 24.6% – 684 Sales Transactions
- 16.1% – 447 Mortgages
- 59.3% – 1,652 Other Transactions
The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman reported that real estate transactions rose by 52% compared to July 2022.
The total number of transactions is 948, with a total value of $381.1 million.
