State-owned developers, Nakheel and Meydan, will become part of Dubai Holding
The goal is to create an effective company with a multibillion-dollar portfolio and implement the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
Nakheel is known for the Palm Jumeirah and Palm Jebel Ali projects, Meydan for the Meydan Racecourse and the district with the same name. Their boards of directors will be abolished. Dubai Holding is a state-owned conglomerate with assets worth $35.4 billion in 10+ countries.
In 2020, the developer Meraas joined the holding.

A developer from Abu Dhabi, Eagle Hills, will build a mega project in Budapest with the tallest tower in Europe.
The billionaire, Mohamed Alabbar, the founder of the developing companies, Emaar and Eagle Hills, has signed an agreement with the Hungarian government:
