The Dubai Government has approved "Dubai Master Plan for Public Beaches"

Key goals:

• Increase the length of public beaches by 400%
• Launch a direct public bus route to link Jebel Ali Metro Station to the new Jebel Ali Public Beach
• Add a 4,000-metre cycling track to the Al Mamzar public beaches (Creek and Corniche)
• Build new water sports facilities at Jumeirah Beach 2 and Umm Suqeim 1

This is part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan

Developer Nakheel has opened Nakheel Marinas Dubai Islands for luxury yachts

– Dubai Islands The marina can accommodate a total of 13 superyachts, and gated access and video surveillance ensure complete security. There were 1,024 superyachts being built in 2022 – up 24.7% from 2021, the Boat International Order Book report showed.
