The Dubai Opera and a regulatory framework for holiday homes

Authorities in Sharjah have launched a regulatory framework for the emirate's holiday homes

There are currently 300+ holiday homes in Sharjah. Homeowners will be given three months to complete the documentation process. At the first phase, it is planned to license 150 residential units.

304.6 million passengers used public transport and taxis in H1 2022

This is 50.8% more than in H1 2021. According to the Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority, the leaders are:

• Dubai Metro – 36% of passengers
• Taxi – 29% of passengers

On the eve of its sixth anniversary, the Dubai Opera announced that it had received 1 million visitors

The building of the Dubai Opera, resembling a traditional dhow sailing ship was opened on August 31, 2016. A total of 1,200 concerts and theatrical performances were held, including:

• Les Misérables Phantom of The Opera
• Mamma Mia
• Marry Poppins and etc.
