The first Neptune boat villa has been unveiled at the resort, Kempinski Floating Palace, in Dubai

The resort was launched 3 years ago by a marine construction group, El Bahrawy Group, alongside with a European hotel company, Kempinski.
Kempinski Floating Palace comprises:
- Floating Hotel
- 48 Mobile Villas, 8 – in the Final Stages of Completion
2, 3, and 4-bedroom villas have the capability to cruise at a speed of 6 to 8 knots per hour.
The 3-storey Neptune villa features:
– Rooftop Infinity Pool
– Outdoor Living Rooms
– BBQ Area
– Crew and Maid's Room
– Platform for Jet Skis
All villas are equipped with solar energy, waste management and air purification systems.
