- Dubai News: fractional property ownership, construction of Peninsula One and Peninsula Two and new schedule at Dubai Land Department
For the first time in the UAE, fractional ownership has been launched in the SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences.
The goal is to diversify investor portfolios through luxury real estate. Investors will receive:
- An individual ownership certificate
- Secured annual returns
An ownership certificate is issued for each fraction. These can be resold without obtaining NOC from other fraction owners.

Select Group has awarded a $171.3 million contract to China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East to build its residential complexes, Peninsula One and Peninsula Two. Start of construction – Q1 2022 Peninsula One comprises 518 apartments and a 6-storey residence with simplexes. Peninsula Two – 439 apartments
Dubai Land Department announced new working hours:
