According to the property portal, Bayut, Abu Dhabi Sales Report H1 2023, sales price per m²:

• Average fall by up to 5%
• For affordable villas increase by up to 3.4%
• For luxury villas decrease by 1%
• For luxury apartments decrease by up to 4.4%

The most popular areas among High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI):

1. Al Reem Island
2. Al Raha Beach
3. Saadiyat Island

2. Masdar City – 7.47%

Abu Dhabi real estate sector attracted $227 million in foreign direct investment (FDI) in H1 2023

According to the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), the growth is 363% compared to H1 2022.
