According to a report by the property consultancy, Webster Pacific:

- Arabian Ranches
- Al Thanyah
Dubai is home to 67,900 millionaires as of June 2022, out of which 35% reside in the first three leading areas.
Growth in demand for commercial property in Dubai was recorded in Q3 2022.
According to the research by the consulting company, JLL. Compared to Q3 2021, Dubai's Central Business District rents statistics:
- For offices increased by 24%
- For class A offices increased by 3%
Office vacancy rates standing at 13%, which is 8% lower than the same period in 2021.
Deyaar Q3 2022 net profit climbed 349%.
