Dubai's holiday homes fetched record rates during New Year holidays.
Rent prices for villas per night: Standard garden villas – $1,600 - $2,200 Signature – $2,700 - $4,100 The maximum rent prices for villas are shown on Palm Jumeirah – more than $13,600 per night. Rent prices for apartments per night: Bluewaters Island – $460 - $550 City Walk – $400 - $550 Downtown Dubai – $220 - $400 JBR – $380 - $500
UAE Golden Visa holders can get a Dubai driving license without classes.
This was announced by the Roads and Transport Authority. To get the license, holders must present the following documents:
- Original Emirates ID
- A copy of the previous valid driving license
- Knowledge test and road test results
The world's safest airline
