The tallest residential tower in the world, Six Senses Residences, is set to be build in Dubai

The luxury hotel chain, Six Senses, has signed an agreement with the developer, Select Group, to launch the ultra-premium 122-storey tower.
The companies are also collaborating on Six Senses Residences The Palm.
The tower will feature 251 residences, offering panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina:
- Apartments with 2-3-4 Bedrooms
- Penthouses with 4 Bedrooms
- Sky Mansions Duplexes and Triplexes with 4-5 Bedrooms
Residents will have access to 5,700m of wellness amenities:
- 25-metre Pool on the 109th Floor
- Longevity Centre
- Cryotherapy
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers
- Crystal Sound Healing Room
- Spa and Gym
Select Group acquired the building in December 2023. The project's initial name, Pentominium, was changed to Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, with new architects and designers brought on board to create the tower.
