The volume of real estate transactions in Sharjah increased by 47% and reached $7,6 billion during 9 months of 2024
According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, in compare to 2023, the following were registered:
Total Number of Transactions – 69,078, up by 16.5%
Sales Transactions – 17,000, up by 55%
Investors of 114 nationalities engaged in deals.
