Three villas in Dubai entered the TOP-25

Three villas in Dubai entered the TOP-25 most expensive properties sold globally in 2022.

All three villas were located on Palm Jumeirah. According to Forbes Global Perspective, the $163.3 million villa was the third most expensive prime property sold in 2022. This year, the most expensive apartment in Dubai was sold for $111.6 million.

Governments of the UAE and Dubai have officially opened the UAE's freight train network.

The network consists of:

• 9 tunnels
• 38 locomotives
• 593 bridges and crossings
• 1,000+ wagons capable of transporting all types of goods

It will connect four major ports and seven logistics centres across the country. The freight trains have a capacity of transporting 60 million tonnes of goods per year and can run up to 120kph.
