TOTAL SALES FOR Q3, 2022
Dubai real estate sector registered 25,496 sales transactions worth $18.9 billion according to Dubai Land Department. These are the highest indicators of Q3 since 2010. Among them: 54% – 13,722 sales transactions of $12.3 billion for secondary and ready properties 46% – 11,774 sales transactions of $6.6 billion for off-plan This is the highest value of off-plan property sales transactions since December 2013. Compared to Q3 2021:
- Transaction volume increased by 60%
- Transaction value increased by 64%
- Apartment rentals increased by 26%
- Villa rentals increased by 28%
