Miral, a development and management company behind the Yas Bay Waterfront project will develop these beaches.

West Beach is a family-friendly space:

East Beach situated across Etihad Arena is tailored to active lifestyle:
– Fitness Areas
– Beach Football and Volleyball Courts
Yas Bay Waterfront already comprises over 20 restaurants and cafes, a floating beach club, and luxury hotels.
Dubai welcomed 1.77 million foreign tourists in January 2024
