Dubai ultra-prime home sales hit a new record in 2021.
According to the consulting group, Knight Frank, in 2021 were sold: 93 homes with $10 million plus price tag. This is more than the last 5 years combined. The largest number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals is from such countries as:
- India
- Monaco
- Russia
- Switzerland
Luxury beachfront resort, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, is now opened in Dubai.
Eastern crescent of Palm Jumeirah It will break a record for the longest pool (70m) on Palm Jumeirah. The hotel includes 258 rooms, 67 suites, 230-metre private beach.
Damac Properties will be officially delisted from the Dubai Financial Market.
