Damac Chic Tower is a residential complex under construction by Damac Properties. The building is being erected in the central part of Dubai, in the Business Bay area. The construction is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. The residential complex provides a wide range of amenities. The construction is conducted in collaboration with the famous brand De Grisogono. A popular jeweller made the main concept of the complex in beautiful turquoise so the basic colour scheme of the tower includes all the shades of blue and cyan, actively used in interiors. The new residential complex will have compact studios and apartments with one or two bedrooms, as well as spacious premium residences with three or four bedrooms.
