Lifestyle in MARBELLA

Marbella is an under-construction apartment complex built by Damac Properties. This is the seventh phase of the Damac Lagoons project in Dubailand area. Construction is scheduled to complete in Q2 of 2026. The complex aims at a multi-age audience. The center of the cluster will feature a central square with landscaped areas, which will have restaurants and boutiques. Numerous orange and olive trees on the territory and landscaping with planted European flowers will give a feeling of unity with nature.

A distinctive feature of the cluster will be the Costa Del Sol Women's Center. It will combine a spa, an equipped gym, and meditation and relaxation areas. Main Characteristics of the Building

The complex consists of four- to five-bedroom townhouses. The size of buildings ranges from 212 m² to 313 m². The houses are built in a classic Spanish style and embody the architecture of the Marbella resort. Clarity of lines is diluted by spacious panoramic windows, filling the rooms with light. The exterior finish uses natural wood, giving the buildings a rustic flavor. Openwork wooden patterns in the Mediterranean style advantageously emphasize the snow-white beauty of the walls. Four-bedroom residences are located in two-storey townhouses. Five-bedroom apartments are located on three floors. Each house has a spacious terrace and landscaped yard. There are spaces for car parking.

The houses are ready for move-in. The design is completed in a light-color palette. A range of shades creates an atmosphere of coziness, which is further emphasized by decorative elements of natural wood. The apartments overlook a landscaped garden. The layouts include a dressing room in the master bedroom and built-in closets in the rest of the rooms. Five-bedroom residences also have an additional staff room. It is located on the third floor and can be used as an office, home theater, play area, etc. The rooms are equipped with the necessary sanitary ware and appliances.

Marbella residential complex has an advantageous location. It is a short drive away from the center of Dubai. The Dubai Hills Estate area is 4.5 kilometers away from the community; you can visit world-famous golf courses there or stroll through numerous parklands. The central part of the Emirates and the legendary Burj Khalifa skyscraper can be reached in less than half an hour. A drive to Dubai International Airport Similar takes a similar amount of time.
