Lifestyle in MONTE CARLO

MONTE CARLO is a residential complex that is currently under construction in Dubai Land. One of the top developers in the UAE, Damac Properties, is responsible for implementing the project,  based on the carefree lifestyle found throughout the French Riviera. The complex is expected to be commissioned in the first half of 2026 and is one of eight Damac Lagoons Community Clusters that recreate the key characteristics of various Mediterranean regions. Within a 10-minute drive, there are numerous nurseries, such as CreaKids, Blossom Mudon Nursery, and Emirates British Nursery. At the same distance are the Jebel Ali School, The Royal Grammar School Guildford Dubai, and Fairgreen International School. The famous beaches of the Palm Jumeirah community are about 30 minutes away. In 40 minutes, you can reach the Dubai International Airport by car.
