Larysa Kadyka

Larysa was born and grew up in Belarus, for the past several years she has been living and working in Dubai.

She holds a diploma in Business Administration in Banking and Bachelor's degree in Engineering Enterprise Management & Economics.

Larysa has a wide 20-year experience at various organizations, among which most of these years in the UAE. She is an expert in strategic Planning, Administration and Operational Support, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Team Management.

Before joining AX CAPITAL in May 2021, Larysa worked for 6 years at one of the leading Dubai developers, Meraas Holding.

She closed her first deal 7 days after joining the company with no previous experience in real estate sales. Her current major achievement is 14 deals in less than 3 months.

Larysa developed a good relationship of trust with the clients who refer her to their friends and partners.

A little about personal life

Larysa is happily married with two beautiful kids. Her family is everything to her.

Larysa is very active, loves the gym, dancing to Latino music, playing golf, traveling, reading, and continually learning new things.

Her vision is never to stop growing and to become the №1 real estate expert in Dubai. She is very determined and stubborn in reaching her goals, never giving up.
