Manal, originally from Lebanon, spent her formative years in the country before moving to the United Arab Emirates, where she has lived for over 20 years. During this time, she spent 15 years in Abu Dhabi before relocating to Dubai for the next 5 years. Having earned a double degree in accounting and computer science, Manal has amassed a wealth of experience throughout her career in various roles. She served as an Administration Manager at Abu Dhabi Airport, as well as a Senior Real Estate Consultant and Senior Mortgage Advisor at different real estate agencies. In her most recent role at Meraas, Dubai Holding, Manal headed the Marketing and Sales division. Notably, she achieved a major accomplishment in the real estate sector by ascending to the position of Vice President while leading her own team of real estate agents. Manal's exceptional performance at AX CAPITAL has earned her numerous accolades, including two noteworthy awards. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, she was named the Top Performer of the month on two occasions, as well as the Rising Star of 2022. Her extensive experience in the real estate industry has allowed her to sell properties across a wide range of price points, from starter homes and uptown condominiums to ranch homes, investment properties, and luxury estates. With her expertise spanning various locations throughout the UAE, Manal is a detail-oriented professional who prides herself on taking a personalised approach to her clients' unique needs. A little about personal life Aside from her professional pursuits, Manal has a passion for both sports and fashion. An avid supporter of Real Madrid, she takes pleasure in watching and cheering on the popular football team. Additionally, Manal has had an interest in fashion since a young age and enjoys keeping up with the latest trends in the industry. Her interest in houses and architecture extends beyond her professional role as a real estate agent.
