Nadezhda Faskhieva

Nadezhda is an experienced professional who heartily deals with each of her clients, making their real estate choice flawless and hassle-free.

Nadezhda was born in Russia, lived in Kazan, and then in Moscow. She graduated from one of the first non-state universities in Russia, Moscow University named after S.Yu. Witte, majoring in Accounting, Analysis and Audit.

Nadezhda moved to Dubai over 5 years ago. She has worked with three major property developers in Dubai – Pantheon Developments, Damac Properties, and Azizi Developments.

Having gained valuable experience and knowledge of the real estate market, Nadezhda joined the AX CAPITAL team. Her main achievement at the moment is four transactions in one week. She strongly believes in clients' satisfaction.

Nadezhda is constantly working on her dream of selling the most expensive unit on Palm Jumeirah.

A little about personal life

Nadezhda is an honest and positive person. She is married and has a child. The son is the biggest motivation in her life.

In her free time, Nadezhda likes to play sports. Among her favorites are horse riding, jet sky and yoga.
