Farida Shamoyeva

Farida was born and raised in Almaty, Kazakhstan. At the age of 18, she moved to Dubai where she has been living for 15 years, with a two-year break to study and work in Italy. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Finance from the American University in Dubai and her Master's degree in Fashion Marketing from a university in Milano. After graduating in 2011, Farida began her career in real estate. She later explored other fields such as business development, sales, fashion industry, and startups, but ultimately decided to return to the real estate industry. She found that this was the best decision she had made and has been working in real estate ever since, with no plans of changing her career path. Farida's primary area of expertise is in rentals, which she has mastered and thoroughly enjoys. Her exceptional work in renting was recognized when she received an award for it at the AX CAPITAL MVP AWARDS in 2022. While continuing to excel in rentals, she is currently working on achieving new goals in sales. A little about personal life Farida is a dreamer and a friendly person who genuinely enjoys interacting with people. This quality helps her greatly in both her personal and professional life, especially when communicating with clients. In her free time, Farida enjoys fitness, yoga, tennis, and psychology, although she admits that she doesn't have enough time for all of her hobbies. In addition to her hobbies, Farida is currently learning Italian and Arabic. Her dream is to grow her personal YouTube channel about the life of a real estate agent, and her future plan is to own five properties in Dubai. Despite her small stature of only 155 cm, Farida's vibrant personality shines through. She likes to say that "dynamite is always carried in small packages."
