Nadia Abu Ijdai

Nadia was born in Germany, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Administration with a specialisation in Foreign Trade. She began her career in the financial services industry in Frankfurt, expertise she now applies to provide clients with investment advice that combines both financial insight and market intelligence.

Nadia moved to Dubai in 2020 to pursue her passion for real estate. She joined AX CAPITAL three years ago and quickly became one of the company’s top-selling agents, achieving over 100 million AED in total property sales. She is the dedicated consultant for our German-speaking clientele.

Nadia provides a comprehensive 360° client service covering everything from off-plan purchase and handover to resale and leasing. She builds trust-based, lasting relationships by working closely with clients beyond the initial transaction, supporting them even with administrative processes such as visa and banking.
