Raza Mujtaba

Raza was born and raised in New Delhi, India. Raza has been living in Dubai for 21 years; the fantastic transformation of a small city into a metropolis of the future took place before his eyes. Raza holds a BA in Business and Commerce. He began his career in Dubai in Banking as a Territorial Manager for auto loans at Emirates NBD Bank. Then he worked as a Sales Manager in Al Futtaim Toyota. During his six years in real estate, Raza is used to not only fulfilling the goals and objectives set, but exceeding them. He was awarded Best Emaar Performer in his previous company. Within two years at Ax Capital, he was promoted to the position of Sales Manager to manage one of three teams in the off-plan market. Raza is passionate about real estate, but not just sales. He equally loves and specialises in Training aspiring agents as much to become highly qualified specialists. His future plans include being the best Sales Mentor and Sales Coach for agents. A little about personal life Raza loves to discover new places and make new friends. But despite his passion for travel, he sincerely believes that Dubai is the best city to live in. He perfectly manages to convey this feeling and energy to his clients and people, which he trains.
