Kuan Wang

Kuan grew up in China and earned his Bachelor's degree there. He moved to Dubai over 6 years ago. During Kuan's 10 years of hospitality experience, he worked at the 5-star ostentatious Atlantis hotel on Palm Jumeirah for more than 5 years. He started his real estate career in the off-plan market, then switched to the secondary market, where he specialises in two locations – the famous Downtown Dubai and the family golf course community, Dubai Hills Estate. As a problem solver and good listener, he always tries to put himself in others' shoes, which helps him understand his clients and find the perfect solution for them. He is very supportive and always ready to help his teammates in their work. A little about personal life Kuan is married. His wife likes cooking while he likes cleaning, which is their way of releasing the pressure of the day. He is a huge fan of noodles, basketball, swimming, and workout. His goal is to have the opportunity to travel twice a year with family and to give his children the best education.
