Valeria Zolotco

Valeria was born in Ukraine and lived in the Republic of Moldova as well as Romania while attending various programs. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and PR (Romania), a Master’s Degree in Psychoanalysis (Moscow), and a CIPD Associate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (UK). A resident of Dubai for 7 years and a fan of the UAE philosophy for decades, she's in awe of Dubai’s development. Valeria is an experienced psychologist and coach, she worked as an entrepreneur in this field prior to joining AX CAPITAL. Her professional background includes HR recruitment services for business structures with over 3,000 employees, project management for national political campaigns, high-level consultancy in the field of institutional protocol for state officials, and marketing and PR, official events planning and management, TV and media events. Valeria's approach focuses on developing long-lasting and trustworthy partnerships with her clients, starting from the first lead and following repeated transactions and personal recommendations. This mutually beneficial approach resulted in a network of committed investors being the first to know when new projects are launched. А little about personal life Valeria started working when she was 16 years old as a TV host for a music channel while attending high school. Since then, juggling her career, studies, and family has become a way of life for her. She is a proud and fun mom and wife. She strongly believes that we all need a nurturing and inspiring environment to live in, the lifestyle framework. And her ongoing goal is to create the same environment for her family. Plus, Valeria is passionate about interesting people with a sense of humour. She studies relentlessly and attends courses aimed to help her develop.
