Results of Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market in H1 2023

According to Abu Dhabi's Department of Municipalities and Transport, were registered 10,557 real estate transactions worth $12.6 billion:

6,730 sales transactions – $6.8 billion

3,827 mortgage transactions – $5.8 billion

Compared to H1 2022, the total sales transactions increased by 88.6% in volume and by 184.6% in value.

TOP 5 areas with the highest transaction value:

1. Al Saadiyat Island – $816.7 million
2. Yas Island – $707.9 million
3. Al Reem Island – $653.4 million
4. Al Jubail Island – $408.4 million
5. Al Shamkha City – $272.2 million

The developer, Aldar Properties, has announced its net profit reached $354 million in Q2 2023

It increased by 52% compared to the same period in 2022.
