Damac Properties has made it easier to buy real estate in Bitcoin and Ethereum cryptocurrencies by facilitating their conversion into Dirhams.

The project will be run under a new unit called 'D-Labs'. The goal is the transition to move into digital assets and non-fungible tokens (NFT). Earlier, Dubai launched the world's first virtual mega city, Metaverse Dubai.
